Following a morning pick-up from your hotel in Meknes, begin a scenic drive to Rabat, the capital of Morocco.
Start your exploration at Hassan Tower, a partially completed minaret that was intended to be one of the largest mosques in the world. Nearby, visit the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, the resting place of the king and his sons, showcasing stunning Moroccan architecture.
Next, visit Chella, an ancient Roman and medieval site on the outskirts of Rabat. Discover the ruins of Roman temples and remnants of an Islamic necropolis, offering fascinating insights into the city’s historical layers.
From there, your driver will drop you near the Kasbah of the Udayas, a serene fortress perched above the river. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and stroll through its peaceful streets and gardens.
